brcmsmac seems to either be missing or has been removed from the kernel tree. Scumming through the lkml notice, I don't see anything about it. wl works too, sure, but it'd be nice to know if this is as intended or not. :)

Bump to v3.2.0-1 Notes: This release only contains bfs v0.416 since CK has not yet released the ck1 patchset. This release also does NOT contain the optional BFQ I/O scheduler because Paolo has not yet released it for the 3.2 tree. Also know that the broadcom-wl-ck package is currently broken (does not compile with 3.2). If you depend on wireless based on the wl module do not update at this time. Changelog: https://lkml.org/lkml/2012/1/4/395 PKG Commit: http://pkgbuild.com/git/aur.git/commit/linux-ck?id=9952bc2ed2ce78882da89459043881d4b9f7fe75

Someone please flag out-of-date once ck has released the ck1 patchset for the 3.2 tree if I don't get to it first. All other files are in place.

@yang - will change in the upcoming 3.2.0 release @fincan - technically not outofdate until the arch deva release their config and config.x86_64 which I'll be watching out for through out the day here. Also, ck has yet to release the ck1 patch, he has thus far just released the bfs for the new kernel.

Why not use tar.xz instead of tar.bz2. The previous is smaller.

Sorry guys... guess the Arch logos are gone now. I will remove the corresponding option since it seems to be impotent.

roentgen commented on 2011-12-30 10:38 (UTC)

the logo isn't shown when kms is active

bassu commented on 2011-12-30 08:04 (UTC)

Yes graysky. Unfortunately the logos aren't here on the ATI Raedon 9488. I did try building from scratch with CONFIG_*RADEON* on and also added 'radeon' into intird hooks but there's something that's not letting them show up. Weird.
