If gpg signatures can't be verified, add the key as regular user by gpg:

Linus Torvalds: gpg --recv-keys ABAF11C65A2970B130ABE3C479BE3E4300411886

Greg Kroah-Hartman: gpg --recv-keys 647F28654894E3BD457199BE38DBBDC86092693E

Why does the name of this package end in -git if it does not use git to retrieve the sources?

Using gpg2 --locate-keys torvalds@kernel.org, I was able to finally get the key imported.

I'm having a heckuva time trying to get the Linus key imported. The other key imports fine, but I'm always prompted to import the Linus key pre-install so the build fails. I switched to the keys.openpgp.org keyserver (the Ubuntu one wasn't working at all).

The package itself builds fine if I skip the import.

Getting this warning towards the end of the build:

Warning: 'make modules_install' requires /doesnt/exist. Please install it.

The modules seem to all be in place. Is this anything to worry about?
