I updated PKBUILD to 4.15.12 and patch apcica.patch. Sorry I won't upload prebuilt package(it takes too much time) @genie137 that's right, you need recieve the key.

I updated my gist ( as well for 4.15.10.

@genie137 You would probably need to fetch the key with the following command: gpg2 --recv-keys 38DBBDC86092693E

@shieldwed: Thanks for your work on the patch, running 4.15.8 now on a Surface Pro 4, should be an easy merge for @shadoukun.

shieldwed commented on 2018-03-13 23:24

I created an updated version of this package for myself with the current kernel 4.15.8. Would it be possible to incorporate these changes into this repository? See

Guys, I upload 4.15.7 code with new changes for the surface acpi driver and (hopefully) support for the Surface Laptop keyboard. (merge jakeday42 code today). see

Ok I think that I have sorted my wifi issues. Adding

wifi.powersave = 2

To /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf seems to have solved the issue. (see

It may be different if you are using another connection manager, but there would surely be a similar setting.

For the battery issue that I mentioned earlier, I think it is not a problem after a couple weeks of use.
