I just took over the package and fixed the source URL. Also changed the checksums array to sha512 and removed the empty variables.

I've updated it to an alternate link. The one you linked to on github is only 1.62; 1.63 appears to be somewhat harder to find for some reason, but I've put the correct link on there. I forgot to update this package.
