Flagged Out-of-Date Comment: mail-notification

MarsSeed flagged mail-notification out-of-date on 2023-12-24 (UTC) for the following reason:

Makedepends rarian's and gnome-doc-utils' build have been broken for 2+ years. The 'mail-notification' fork suggested by a fellow AUR user's comment is also abandoned and has the same problem. Please fix by removing rarian / gnome-doc-utils dependency (not essential to create help files), or delete this package.
