- test on 2019a, 2018 should work, <2018 must break
- /usr/bin/gcc should be the one installed from core(>=8.2.1)
- need matlab's "parallel computing toolbox" add-on
- after install, open matlab, type "run /usr/share/matconvnet/matlab/vl_setupnn;vl_testnn('gpu', true)", 24 tests which create dir in root should fail
