modpoll 3.7 was released sometime, so this package is currently out-of-date(June 6, 2020). Additionally, it looks like the modpoll.3.6.tgz URL points towards modpoll.3.7.tgz by default(which is strange, but not really up to the AUR package maintainer). Therefore, the sha256 sum fails.
