pkgrel in PKGBUILD and .SRCINFO do not match, causing reinstall of the same package during upgrade.

I couldn't nail down why it's not compiling. Still, the cache is not strictly necessary to use the icon set.

Update fails on multiple machines running Gnome 1.32....:
gtk-update-icon-cache: The generated cache was invalid. Error: command failed to execute correctly
