@FrederickZh Perfect, thanks!

@Xyne I just removed the empty variables and bumped pkgrel by 1 since the source project looks unmaintained atm and it's unlikely to have a new release in the near future.

Hi,

Thanks for maintaining this package. On the next update, would you please remove all of the empty variables from the PKGBUILD to conform with our guidelines? They seem to be left over from the original PKGBUILD template.

@Jhebes Thanks, mate :)

@FrederickZh I've actually sold the laptop that I was maintaining this for, so it's fallen by the wayside. I'll hand control off to you.

Hi Jhebes, may I know whether you're still interested in maintaining the package? The issues mentioned in comments should be pretty easy to fix and I'm happy to carry on the job if you haven't got time for it.

Shouldn't hidapi be a hard depenency? After installing, pacman lists it as an orphaned package and if removed, msi-keyboard throws an error.

Probably makes more sense. I've updated the PKGBUILD.

Wouldn't it be better if the udev rules are packaged into /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/ ? install -Dm644 99-msi.rules "$pkgdir/usr/lib/udev/rules.d/99-msi-keyboard.rules"

You are correct. Fixed now. Thank you.
