So, I didn't find this until after I created my package netatalk2. Oops. Not sure how to proceed. It would be better to avoid duplicated work.
It seems like downloads have moved to github in newer versions. Also, do you know which of these patches are still needed, and if any of them should be upstreamed?
EDIT: Did some testing, and it seems in newer versions, none of the patches are needed (show up as reversed/already applied) apart from possibly one (papd, which just conflicts).
FYI the appletalk kernel module was broken until 5.8.3:
However a patch has been committed at this point:
Next release will have systemd unit files; currently the main functionality is waiting on the outcome of https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/67421.
