Seems, this is not outdated package. To avoid problem with signature try:

# pacman-key --refresh-keys
$ gpg --recv-keys F3599FF828C67298

PKGBUILD file uses ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/nettle/nettle-3.4.1.tar.gz it dosen't work while http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/nettle/nettle-3.4.1.tar.gz just works fine.

could you please update this line in the PKGBUILD?
