python-setuptools is a runtime dependency, otherwise it fails to start: 

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'

owlink could not be found :: no results found for owlink (dependency tree: opendrop owlink) git build works fine

owl-git dependency should be changed to owlink as a new package has been created to avoid name collision with owl.
