System user needs to be created manually prior to installing package sudo useradd --system -s /usr/bin/nologin openwebrx

man yay on the terminal.

If you can't build SoapySDR then you need to comment on that package - this is openwebrx.

@simona you have to install the dependencies or use a package manager that does it for you (you can see them above).

Sorry didn't realise this had been flagged out of date so long ago. Updated to 1.2.0 and have added a quick python version grep so it knows which version is available locally at build (and uses the correct lib directory as a result). Annoying that the latest version isn't always just /usr/lib/python...

So, I'm using this package as a base to get 1.2.0 installed. Package builds cleanly, but I get this when I run the command:

[openwebrx@observer /]$ openwebrx
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/openwebrx", line 8, in <module>
    from owrx.__main__ import main
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'owrx'

Built on an aarch64 machine where both packages are up to date. I feel like I've dealt with this before, but I can't for the life of me remember what I did to fix it.

EDIT: I just remembered! Minor version of python changed from 3.9 to 3.10. I guess typing it out made me remember.

EDIT 2: There's a new python library required, pycsdr. I got it running with that and, as mentioned before, python-setuptools. I may try to submit some changes later on, but I'm replacing a semi-critical server that overheated and kind of melted.
