Hi,

I would like to suggest some changes:

depends: 'libdbi' 'libdbi-drivers' are no longer used, add 'sqlite' instead;
depends: not sure why 'openssl' is needed (perhaps can be removed?);
depends: 'lksctp-tools' is missing.

https://cgit.osmocom.org/libosmocore/tree/debian/control is a good reference.
