My bad.. had to change the source from git:// to https:// and it wasn't as straight forward as I thought... but now it should work.

Why did you change the source if the repo stays the same. I'm a big fan of ElectroBoom but the link also just points to the old shellkr/pachist. Thx for the package btw.

No worries... to update git-package like pachist you have to add '--devel' to yaourt. It will then fetch the latest. ex. alias upd='yaourt -Syua --devel'. There are some more examples in the manual (man pachist).

Sorry for the 2 comments I didn't know you fixed it. I re-installed it. Thank you

I also have this saved in ~/.config/pachist.conf: # This configuration file is created automatically with # default settings upon removal. [Lines] lines="200" [Colors] color1="white" color2="yellow" color3="blue"

I got this from a friend: copy the script (/usr/bin/pachist) to another location, uninstall pachist-git (yaourt -R pachist-git) and copy the script back to the old location. That should prevent it from trying to update pachist-git every time you run the command. I have this command in an alias called "upd": alias upd='yaourt -Syua'

It should be fixed now...

When running yaourt -Syua i always get the update for this package. I see always this line: aur/pachist-git r47.5bb8683-1 -> 0-1 Why does it not disappear after i finished successfully updating? How to make it only appear when there is a real update?
