It seems something is bad with your perl-text-csv-xs installation.

Maybe it's the one concerned with this message:

Thanks for the report!

The package moved from https://github.com/dalibo/pgbadger to https://github.com/darold/pgbadger. I updated the PKGBUILD to reflect that.
