I now have converted this package into a metapackage depending on the kernel driver, helper scripts, and init script.

This issue has been fixed in phc-intel-dkms-stable. phc-intel is requested to be merged in phc-intel-dkms-stable, so here this issue will not be solved.

I'm having this error:

I use linux and linux-lqx kernels. Both have their *-headers installed.
