Cant update the package, it requires php8.2, using php-legacy is possible, but composer is compiled for php8.3

The dependencies need to be updated, they weren't changed for 3 years now. They still work, but are partly outdated. Hopefully I will have time for this on the next release.

Sorry, I was logged in with the wrong account. I have fixed the sudo in the PKGBUILD now. It will prompt the user to enable the required extensions and provided code to do this quickly. I also updated the package to 0.11.9 now.

@bjo

The problem is that these extensions need to be enabled for the compiler package build to work.

So yo usay it would be better to just let the package build to fail and tell the user that he needs to enable the extension in order for the compilation to succeed?

As these extensions are required for composer, they should be a depedency. When these extensions are already installed (as they come with the php package), it's up to the user to enable them.

@bjo would you have a tip for me on how to fix that?

These extensions are required for composer to build the package.

I saw you are maintaining some packages, maybe you have encountered something similar.

@bjo Thank you for drawing my attention I will fix this.

Please don't use sudo in the build function.

Currently, they are some issues with the webui since some of the PHP modules are not available and the AUR versions are outdated:

Following PHP extensions are missing:

-mbstring -tokenizer -ctype -xml

The package got updated, it still requires manual configuration of the Database and Web server, but it is pretty similar to Nextcloud.

Thank you stefan@rumpelsepp.org for your previous work!
