To the maintainer of this PKGBUILD.

This PKGBUILD gives errors that were reported since 2016 and never answered. Please update it or remove it from the AUR if there is no more interest.

The site described has homepage "Upstream URL",

http://kmkeen.com/pkgbuild-watch

this page is not reachabbe and uses 'http' instead of 'https'.

This PKGBUILD is wrongly named.

The "source" is a git repo, not a release. Therefore it should not be named "pkgbuild-watch". It should be named "pkgbuild-watch-git" according to the Arch guidelines.

The PKGBUILD points to a source, https://github.com/keenerd/pkgbuild-watch, that has not been updated in ... 11 years,

I'm not sure that this works as intended. I get the following output when I run it: Usage: html2text [(filename|url) [encoding]] html2text: error: no such option: -o cp: cannot stat '/tmp/tmp.MsqqgzAXMJ.txt': No such file or directory diff: /tmp/tmp.MsqqgzAXMJ.txt: No such file or directory diff: /home/bennett/.urlwatch/cache/de2b6211f5122146b8cbbd133c9a8020a2a586bb: No such file or directory cp: cannot stat '/tmp/tmp.MsqqgzAXMJ.txt': No such file or directory I chose python-html2text. The executable of python2-html2text is called html2text2 in any case.

I have problems with the source, the source is download and the directory is named pkgbuild-watch.git but the remain of the PKGBUILd use pkgbuild-watch without the .git, you can do something like remove the .git from the source?
