The package doesn't depend on plasma which makes the build fail in a clean chroot. It should depend on plasma-workspace.

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:7 (find_package): Could not find a package configuration file provided by "ECM" with any of the following names:
Add the installation prefix of "ECM" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set "ECM_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If "ECM" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been installed.
