plasma5-applets-network-monitor is long dead and broken.

Last released in 2016, its upstream is unmaintained since 2017.

Users can install plasma6-applets-netspeed instead. (EDIT: changed the reference to the current Plasma6 package instead of the old Plasma5 one that got deleted.)
