When installing the package built, I get the following error:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
pmdk-git: /usr/local/share/man exists in filesystem (owned by filesystem)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

/usr/local/share/man is owned by package filesystem.
