While this may be a configuration issue on my end, it seems as though you want git+https:// not git://:

I am aware that 1.3.1 binary is out, but there is no 1.3.1 tag in github, can anyone point me to that?

@vincent v1.2.3's source code is not tagged yet, https://github.com/ProtonMail/proton-bridge/releases I'm aware that 1.2.3 is out so I updated -bin package
