I'm really curious for what purpose pavucontrol needs the terminal web browser lynx. In disbelief I tried removing it from makedepends, and build succeeds, although to my surprise the configure script actually checks for it.

Why you doesn't take source from the official PA repo? git clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/pulseaudio/pulseaudio

@montefuscolo: it's not the purpose of this package to add patches, in case that is what you were getting at. Thanks for the information though. :-)

I used this package with this patch http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/pulseaudio-discuss/2015-February/023102.html. Now I can answer and record phone calls with my PC.

Please update that this also provides 'pulseaudio-gconf' - I'm getting conflicts now when trying to update paprefs (as it requires the new package).

Also, please add bluez-libs as a makedepends and a dependency for bluetooth support as it is needed for bluetooth headset support!

as for starting pulseaudio as a user, it seems one has to enable it with: systemctl --user enable pulseaudio not sure it is the normal way to do it though

ok, I got it about the pyqt issue: it is python-pyqt4 that is needed because python 3 is used. Anyway, dbus doesn't seem to be enabled so it doesn't work :)
