Hi, I think you meant to write:
mv "$srcdir/${_reponame}/pygpu" "${pkgdir}/usr/include/gpuarray/"
in package().

Package conflicts with python-mako.

usr/bin/mako-render

The above file exists in both python-mako and this package.
