Might need to set epoch because the versioning scheme changed?

Anyone else runs into this problem you need to install python2-setuptools. Notice that its python2 because I installed python-setuptools expecting that to work but it doesn't.

I am getting this error... any idea anyone? File "setup.py", line 21, in <module> from setuptools import setup, find_packages ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'setuptools' Thanks.
