Please change "pypi.io" to "pypi.org" in the PKGBUILD, Line 15: https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=python-tatsu#n15

pypi.io redirects to pypi.org, it appears to be a temporary domain before the .org was bought according to https://github.com/pypi/warehouse/issues/2184, it makes it more confusing when scanning the PKGBUILD for anything malicious.
