Note: I won't use the ultimate splitting for Qemu (introduced by Qemu 7.0) until I get some help to migrate to the splitted PKGBUILD.

Note 2 : qemu-git packages are conflicting with qemu-desktop meta package. This package will need a lot of work and time to be corrected. Sorry.

Had to comment the sed line in the PKGBUILD file - the target file in question didn't exist, at least not in the expected spot.

Orphaning it. Seems to be not active since 11 october. Feel free to adopt it and clean it.

Spice is enabled again.

It was disabled because of building problems. I will enable it soon.
