They moved it off directly to the install scripts https://github.com/01org/cc-oci-runtime/commit/a923745a1aeb637382c5db9b554b1dc528e7a6af#diff-731bb5911378340c378a1f6e9fa6f6b2L69 the options they use are here now: https://github.com/01org/cc-oci-runtime/blob/master/installation/installation-setup.sh#L176

Sorry I went there and I think it has changed. I am following from the build instructions on https://github.com/01org/qemu-lite/wiki.

Thanks for this package :) I noticed the config flags could be closer to intel's (https://github.com/01org/cc-oci-runtime/blob/master/documentation/Installing-Clear-Containers-on-Centos-7.md#install-qemu-lite for ex) and include their OVMF (or have it as separate package) in order to replicate clearcontainer environments on Arch
