0.17.3 is a mandatory update for stakers and highly recommended for everyone else.

coderobe just to be clear, the package builds and works perfectly. It is not "buggy" I suggest you try it out before commenting. I do agree that it needs improvements, and I will consider your suggestions. Thank you

  • pkgdesc is for describing what your package is, not what your pkgbuild does.

  • don't clone new sources in build(), that's what source=() is for

  • references to $srcdir are redundant, the functions start there

  • msg2 is an internal function that may or may not exist like this, don't use it. actually, don't print status messages at all

also, your package() is buggy: the done at the end is closing the for, and should be above the make install & the likes.

This PKGBUILD will build Qtum from latest release source. More convenient and control for the user.
