it seems there is some packageing error. the file
macrecoveryshould not be in it's own directory. as discussed herelook at aur binary package as a reference here

Won't fetch the code, complains about unencrypted git (which github phased out recently)

Upstream now includes the
quickgetutility, which should probably be included in this package.
