please update the 18th line to : _dir="gazebo_ros_pkgs-${pkgver}/gazebo_dev" with underscore instead of the dash : _dir="gazebo_ros_pkgs-${pkgver}/gazebo""""-""""dev"

Note that gazebo9 and libgazebo9-dev no longer exist. This package builds with just gazebo as a dependency.
