@Muxed0, you'll have to rebuild the ros-noetic-* packages whenever you update poco.

poco update breaks the build as of now. Rolling back poco one version using downgrade makes it so the package can build. Not sure if the poco update is breaking or if a simple change in dependency name will work so not flagging.
