ros-build-tools package do not contain fix-python-scripts.sh any more, so the build progress could fail. If anyone has fix-python-scripts.sh: No such file or directory problem, before the maintainer update this package, you may try https://github.com/mr-cn/ros-noetic-rtabmap the patched version.
