Hi omgold, good catch. I'm not using Arch Linux any more, so I think it's appropriate that I should disown the package. That way you or another Arch user can give it some TLC :)

It seems the link to the deb package is now broken. The home site of USE apparently doesn't host packages anymore. Failed to find any mirror, but the files can be extracted from the iso at https://archiveos.org/ubuntu-satanic/

I'm leaving this comment because someone just flagged this package as out of date because they apparently had some build problems. Before flagging something as out-of-date, please verify there really is a new version available, and provide a link to the new version. "Satanic Icon Themes" doesn't exactly have a mailing list any maintainer can sign up to, you know? Your personal build failures do not mean a package is out of date. It just means you need to enter into a friendly dialogue with people instead of quick-drawing on them howitzers. Summary: If you are having build failures, leave a comment so I (or others) can try to help you. If a package actually is out-of-date, arguments and evidence work better than lazily clicking the "Out-of-date" button like some noob.

Sorry for the delayed update. I've been off the grid. Fixed now.
