Since upstream doesn't provide any tags or other release structure, I've converted sdtool to a VCS package. It should now always pull and build the latest commit from the upstream repo.

The md5 checksum of the newest "master.zip" is in fact b2070a86c09fb87b9ba0a7bc3c60e9ef (there was a b missing).
