Barbarah72, I created a repo to show it.
In the PKGBUILD, I added the line “export CXXFLAGS="$CXXFLAGS -fpermissive"” just before “configure” was called.

Uhhh... can you explain where and how to use the -fpermissive flag?

Can you try using -fpermissive for the build? The build was failing with the latest toolchain due to an invalid conversion error, but with this flag I built successfully.

you can use buildfix from https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/sleepyhead-git/
