@mosgerila Thank you for your suggestion! I've managed to circumvent the issue in Manjaro Pamac by skipping the sha256sum verification for stremio-shell.

@dbermond I know it's not "officially supported", but it works perfectly, thanks a lot for maintaining the package.

@mosgerila Please post in english.

@icflorescu Ești român așa ca o să scriu în română. Ca să rezolvi dezinstalează stremio apoi, din terminal, dacă nu ai instalat yay în distribuție, instalează-l:

pacman -Syyu

pacman -S yay

După aceea compilează stremio cu yay:

yay -S --mflags --skipchecksums stremio

@icflorescu Sorry, but Manjaro is not supported. Please seek help in your distribution support channels.

Building/installing 4.4.168-1 on Manjaro fails due to ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!. I believe the culprit is:

==> Validating source files with sha256sums...
    stremio-shell ... NOT FOUND

@mihalycsaba I have just checked, and the package is building fine with python 3.12. It looks like that you have a custom (or outdated) vapoursynth. The current vapoursynth package from the official repositories does not link against 'libpython3.11.so.1.0', but against 'libpython3.12.so.1.0'. If you have a custom vapoursynth installed, rebuild it against python 3.12.

mihalycsaba commented on 2024-04-28 14:49 (UTC)

Solved it by installing python311

mihalycsaba commented on 2024-04-28 14:35 (UTC)

also it failed to start today with this bash: /usr/bin/flatpak: No such file or directory

mihalycsaba commented on 2024-04-28 14:34 (UTC)

build fails, it requires python 3.11

/usr/bin/ld: warning: libpython3.11.so.1.0, needed by /usr/lib/libvapoursynth-script.so.0, not found (try using -rpath or -rpath-link)

@jotaveh Package is building fine. You are having a download problem, and this can be caused by a lot of reasons.
