I believe the PKGBUILD has been updated, anyway it isn't broken anymore.
However, I get 4 GTK warnings about broken CSS when I run any GTK3 app. Three of those errors are fixed in my fork here and hopefully get merged. The last one seems like it should be easy to fix too if someone else actually understands how GTK theming works and what this theme is doing.

PKGBUILD broken can't get a package out of it... Saying done building yet nothing..
