Stanis64 I have added you as a co-maintainer. I don't use my synology for chat anymore so if you want to completely take it over I'm more than happy to yield to you.

Yes the package is out of date, there is a new version according to - https://www.synology.com/cs-cz/releaseNote/ChatClient. @w9hdg can you please update it? Or if you give me rights to maintain I will do it.

Hello, the package is out of date and can no longer be installed.

When I change the download path, I always get a verification error.

Interesting...I don't get that error. I have removed that line because it isn't necessary. Try it now.

I'm working on committing an updated PKGBUILD, use the URL in the comment below until I get it done.

I created an updated PKGBUILD on Gitlab until I can figure out how to take ownership of this package on the AUR. https://gitlab.com/w9hdg/synochat.git

When will be there an update to version 1.2.1, which was released in May 2022?

I have modified the PKGBUILD file so that I could install version 1.2.0: http://ix.io/3GgZ
