Package has been updated to use the golang version and is no longer pinned to the legacy nodejs version. This package now builds from the "main" branch.

The upstream project has been ported from Node to Golang, and I haven't had a chance to address it here. There isn't a stable release of the Golang version yet.
Likely what will need to happen is a new package for the last release of the "legacy" Node version, and this one will need to get updated for Golang. In the meantime, I'll update this package to pull the last release of the Node version.

The userid of teleirc is to high it should be <1000
