Build depends on php codesniffer, please add the dependency

Looks like there are permissions issues ?

$ terminus
[21008:0531/173256.435724:FATAL:setuid_sandbox_host.cc(157)] The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I'm aborting now. You need to make sure that /opt/Terminus/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.
/usr/bin/terminus: line 2: 21008 Trace/breakpoint trap   (core dumped) /opt/Terminus/terminus

edit: workaround: sudo chmod 4755 /opt/Terminus/chrome-sandbox

The `pkver()` function is failing because it uses an old version of the GitHub API. The `check()` function is failing because it needs a `php-box` command that doesn't exist on my system.
