Btw, how do you manage keeping the two repos (github and aur) in sync?

After pushing to AUR, I just push to github repository as well. In short, I just use as a backup and as a reference in my GitHub.

@BachoSeven done! I also have a copy of the repository in https://github.com/paulodiovani/AUR-torrentflix, if you can provide your github username I'll add you there as well.

Thanks.

@BachoSeven Cool. :) Let me see how can I transfer ownership.

@paulodiovani I would be interested in mantaining this package.

Updated to install in /usr, as it should be. npm keeps some node_modules permissions as 777, I'll fix it.

je-vv commented on 2019-07-06 23:18 (UTC)

Why installing on /usr/local rather than /usr? Also, all node modules have write permissions (777) for groups and others, rather than just read ones (755). Can both things be addressed?

I rarely use this app nowadays, so if anyone else wants to become a maintainer, let me know.

Updated to 9.0.2 + fix install bugs. ---------- Newest NPM versions (5+) creates symlinks when installing from a local folder. This is intended to make it easier to develop dependency packages, but sucks to make scripts that depends on npm install. Peerflix had this issue, fixed recently. I opened an issue hoping that they change this behavior at https://github.com/npm/npm/issues/18503.

Apparently it was an issue with nodejs. I just upgraded to the last version and everything went back to normal.
