@Tio pamac don't know that libutp is provided by libutp-git, which you can also see from this webpage looking at the list of Dependencies

In Manjaro stable I get this error via Pamac:

Failed to prepare transaction:
could not satisfy dependencies:
- unable to satisfy dependency 'libutp' required by torrential-git

not able to build as libtransmission has dependencies which no longer exist
