Can you please move all downloads out from build() into prepare() or the source array, so that build() can take place in an offline environment?

Also, can you use system gradle (in makedepends) instead of downloading an own one?

And can you please make sure that all downloads which are carried out by other means than the source array are put into a subdirectory of "${srcdir}" and not clutter the build user's home directory (as it is now with $HOME/.gradle)?

Please remove the trailing .git from $url.

Actually, pkgver() generates a package version (r1.2e9992b) which is smaller than what is mentioned here in the AUR metadata and in the uploaded PKGBUILD (r1.8a0e292).

This breaks check for updates. And must not happen: $pkgver must be strictly monotoneously increasing.

If you cannot ensure this, consider adding the date of the latest upstream git respository operation after the r1., and if this also does not help, please increment $epoch (if not set, set epoch=1).
