I'm curious about why the source code of viagee is more outdated than the gnome-gmail source code, aside from this point ... I'm not sure but ... what about keep using Icon=gnome-gmail in the viagee.desktop file? this should be a simple patch and I've did this manually and works perfectly to keep showing the gnome-gmail icon for viagee.

This PKGBUILD should have a replaces=('gnome-gmail').

Hi, max.bra. I accepted your request to merge viagee into gnome-gmail but now I see that it was supposed to be the other way round. I'm going to resubmit your viagee package and then merge gnome-gmail into viagee.

yes i know, thank you. i want to see people comments and developer next move. gnome-gmail is still there and i don't have yet understand the meaning of viagee move.
