Just now the source is up:
svn ls https://svn.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/vpnc/trunk works.

But they changed their SSL cert to Let's Encrypt and I had to manually accept that CA because I had it only in my browser (Firefox) and not in /etc/ssl/certs.

I am also getting disconnected after a while: vpnc: HMAC mismatch in ESP mode

The patch doesnt work for me, i am getting still disconnected when rekeying ipsec. Tested with different fortigate 4.x and 5.x Firmware.
