Please kindly modernize the build for chicken v5.

Also please create AUR packages for the needed chicken libraries to be used as dependencies; don't install them with chichen install inside this build. (Such practice is not allowed by Arch package guidelines, which say that all sources should be declared in the source array, and the dependencies on other library packages should be correctly set.)
