Can't compile wkhtmltopdf. Undefined references to libicu-stuff.
Current icu is 73, not 72.
Looks like a bigger dependency problem. Looks like wkhtmltopdf is dead anyway, as the repository on GitHib is now in archiove mode.
Need to look for an alternative.
