@TrialInError - I am still able to build this package fine from a clean slate with the current version (0.6.0-1). I replied to your comment with an email and we can debug if you're still having issues. Since I can still build it fine on multiple machines, I'm going to un-flag the package for now.

The cargo lock file doesn't work like it should? At least I get the following:

Updating crates.io index
error: the lock file /tmp/makepkg/wl-clipboard-rs/src/wl-clipboard-rs/Cargo.lock needs to be updated but --locked was passed to prevent this
If you want to try to generate the lock file without accessing the network, remove the --locked flag and use --offline instead.

If you're on the latest version of wlroots, this is pretty out of date, and needs some heavy modification to be usable again.
